Returns Policy
We want you to be as happy as can be with your order, but just in case you do change your mind or your item is faulty, details are below relating to our returns policy and how we can help resolve this for you. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
UNWANTED ITEMS
If you simply no longer want the item(s) we have sent to you, you have 90 days from when you receive them to return them.. They must be unused and in their original condition. The returned product/s must include all of the contents including instructions and packaging. If it was part of an offer, ie buy one get one free, then both must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
We do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the items back, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
The cost of the initial postage paid by you for us to deliver the goods will only be refunded if you have notified us of your intent to return all of the items within the 14 days after you have received them.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us as promptly as possible and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Return postage paid by you to return the item to us will be refunded by us for any damaged or faulty goods
